Closed Loop and the scheduling platform tackled these obstacles by leveraging Google’s Market Finder to identify the international markets with the most growth potential. They launched strategic campaigns in these markets with a full-funnel approach to create a positive buyer journey.

To meet the diverse needs of the international target markets, they deployed an innovative combination of Search, Display, and Video campaigns, raising the ceiling on their demand gen while maintaining effective, efficient campaigns at heart.

Closed Loop also ran Brand & Non-Brand campaigns using AI-powered bidding strategies, such as tROAS bidding, with a conversion-based goal to drive maximum results down the funnel. Running these campaigns enabled them to exceed the campaign goals as they optimized toward subscription conversions.

The collaboration efforts resulted in a significant increase in conversion volume and ROAS, while lowering cost per conversion. The scheduling platform saw a 56% increase in sign-up volume in Q3/Q4 of 2022 and another 41% in Q1 of 2023. Efficiency also improved over this period, with the cost per sign-up decreasing by 28%.

Overall subscription volume also grew, increasing 42% from Q3/Q4 2022 and another 36% during Q1 2023. This growth was driven by the increase in sign-up volume, as well as the improved quality of leads. Due to the success of the initial campaign, the platform continues to scale international growth by leveraging PMAX and AI.
